  i am trying to quit diet sodas, but if i try to go more than 12 hours i get a severe headache that not even asprin will relieve.. .

  i dont know how on earth i am going to quit my bad habit!

  Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor it causes the capillaries in your brain to shrink.When you cease the drug the vessels expand and press on nerve endings,causing the headaches.

  200 mg 12 oz is considered the adult dose limit we all drink WAY to much (I do).

  Cut down gradually and switch to decaff.

  I endured brutal school persecution during the WT$ militant years early 1960's.Then things only went from bad to worse,contracted severe unrelenting ulcerative colitis with a colostomy in 1970 at age 13.1975 didn't 'deliver me'...

  Had a violently disasterously dysfunctional JW family was a 3rd gen Jdub.I saw all my loved ones crash and burn.

  A couple of last JW cult indoctrination holdouts: ( 1 ) Rev. 17:17.." and God will put it into their hearts..." This is a WT key scripture that they interpret/attribute to the world's secular leaders viz. the united nations finally getting sick and tired of all the strife caused by 'false religion'.When this Wt prophecy is fulfilled the UN will 'outlaw' all religion with 'extreme violence'. To quote the WT$, they will 'burn her with fire'.Yes, the WT$ Say's "that every nun, priest and all of "Babylon the great's" clergy class will be executed and every non Jw house of worship will be 'burned to the ground'".Leaving Jehovah's Witnesses standing alone against the 'Godless hordes of Gog of Magog'.....

  Well, folks this dire apocalyptic scenario sounds plausible when you stop and think,that indeed a lot of the world's problems i.e. global terror , is linked to religion.Didn't Karl Marx say," religion is the opium of the people?Guess what?? The Wt just joined the United Nations, and it ain't divine province to attribute world distress to religion.Just look at all the family destruction and turmoil instigated by your's truly Jw's.

  Besides the demons who are the authors of WT$ 'profitcy$' would know this......

  Holdout # 2 The WT$ predicted the the advent of the UN viz.'the disgusting thing that causes desolation'.That it would rise up as a sequel to the defunct WW1 League of nations.You know what?The demons could tell this one too......

  as i am writing this right now, channel 14 is showing the footage from the vigil.

  Candlelight vigil for 3 murdered children

  Jehovah's Witnesses refuse to assist in family's funeral arrangements
  
  A national support group for sexually abused children held a candlelight vigil Thursday to honor three slain children from York County in South Carolina.
  
  Several people holding candles participated in a service the National Guard Armory. It was sponsored by silentlambs (silentlambs.org), a support group for abused children in "religious institutional settings."
  
  The Meza family were members of the Rock Hill Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. The children -- Jayro, 5; Denise, 8; and Denia, 14 -- died Aug. 9 before a fire engulfed their home. Authorities say they were slain by one of their parents -- Marbely or Jose Denis Meza -- who died in the fire.
  
  Denis Meza had been arrested three weeks before on charges he molested Denia. York County Coroner Doug McKown said she'd also been raped within five days of her death.
  
  A national spokesman for the Jehovah's Witnesses organization said that Meza "confessed" to church officials about sexually abusing his little girl.
  
  According to some of the vigil participants there were no Jehovah's Witnesses present at the memorial service. "It's been very hard for our family to have coped with these deaths. ... I still do not know why their church was not here grieving here with us tonight," said Ariel Zeledon, Marbely Meza's brother.
  
  Bill Bowen, director of silentlambs and a former member and elder of the cult from Calvert City, Kentucky, attended the vigil and announced the establishment of the Meza Children Memorial Fund.
  
  "We don't know all the facts yet in the Meza family case -- what church elders knew about Denis Meza's abuse of his daughter and how long it took them to turn that information over to the authorities," said Cindy Fondren who helped organize the vigil. "But we do know there are many documented court cases in which church elders did not turn information about alleged sexual abuse involving church members to DSS or the police."
  
  The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses has refused to comment about the Meza family. A nearby Christian church helped arrange the funeral and raise money for the family since no assistance was offered by their Jehovah's Witness organization, according to participants at the vigil.
